Lenses
Polarized lenses are the most popular choice because they cut down glare found on reflecting surfaces such as water or wet pavement.
Transitional Lenses are not polarized, but change from dark to light depending on conditions. They do not get dark through car windshields. They may incur more spotting than then the permanently tinted lenses.
Tinted (not polarized) is a good choice for those who are more budget conscious or for those who don't like polarized lenses.
Clear is good for those who are in low light conditions often and don't want to spend more money on transitional lenses.
