Volleyball Sunglasses

When choosing sunglasses for volleyball, consider the following:

1. Rubber ear stems and nose pieces help keep the frame comfortably on the face and combat "slippage". (Road Trip, Standard have rubber ear stems and nose pieces.)

2. A non-elastic strap help keeps the frame on the face and avoids pressure headaches caused by elastic straps. (Road Trip, Whistler, S Rat and Standard come with non-elastic straps.)

3. Ventilation to combat fogging versus increased coverage for sun protection is a difficult balancing act.
Closer fitting frames work against ventilation, yet offer more sun protection. (Whistler and S Rat frames have a removable nose piece that separates the frame from the face to increase ventilation, yet can be removed to get a close fit when ventilation is not an issue. Standard frame wraps the most and sits closest to the face and Road Trip has a bit less wrap.)

4. A removable strap allows for use off the court. (Included with Road Trip, Whistler and S Rat frames. Standard is offered as an option.)

5. For asian or wider faces, consider a wider frame. (Whistler and Road Trip frames)

6. For really thick prescriptions, you will need a flatter frame front to accept your lenses. (In order of flatness - S Rat, Road Trip, Whistler, Standard)
