Returns and Refunds

Unworn, undamaged returns are accepted up to two weeks after receipt for a complete refund. Refunds are not given on custom-made items such as prescriptions. Shipping charges are not refunded on international orders. December purchases can be returned up to two weeks after Christmas (December 25th). To return an item: Call (or email) ahead to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) at 800-620-8909 or orderdesk@silverfish.com.

Pack the eyewear so that it will not be damaged. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. Silverfish will not be liable for packages lost in the mail. Include:
1. Your name, address and daytime telephone number.
2. A brief explanation for your return.
3. A copy of the original sales receipt.
